Monitoring

The fix has been deployed, and we are seeing department and location data in all new transactions. We are also currently updating our backend to ensure that the data is visible for all affected transactions, which we expect to complete in the next three hours. We will update when that process completes, or when we have further information.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue where completed transactions in the portal are missing department and location data.
